By default you are set to receive a notification on the hour, every hour if there is a new message (or messages) to view in all the chat groups you are a member of in air. The notification will only send if there is a new message, it will not send a notification every hour regardless.
If you are experiencing high volumes of chat notifications due to very active chat in air you can change your notification settings in your personal profile in air.
To do this you need to:
- Log in to air: https://air.impactinternational.com/
- Click the profile menu item either from the dashboard or the left hand side burger bar menu.
It is the icon shaped like a person. - Select the drop down box to view options for your chat digest notifications and choose from 1 of 3 options
- Every day
- Every hour
- Every 15 mins
