Notifications

There are several different ways that air sends you notifications.

Note: If a notification includes a number of days, for example, that an activity starts in 5 days, this includes weekends and holidays and is not limited to business days.

Pop-ups in air

In air, notifications are shown as pop-ups in the corner of your window. If you are using air when the notifications is sent, you'll see one of these pop-ups.

On a smartphone, the notification looks like this:

On a desktop computer, it looks like this:

Tap the pop-up to go directly to the activity.

Notification pane

You can access a list of all your active notifications from the notification button on the dashboard or in the menu. This opens the notification pane.

Tap a notification to go directly to the activity.

Once you have tapped a notification, it is removed from the notification pane.

Push messages

A push message is a notification that you receive on your device even if you are not using air

When you first log in to air, you can choose to enable push messages. You can enable or disable them at any time in your profile.

If your smartphone or browser does not support push messages, you will not be able to enable them. For push messages to work on a desktop computer, the browser you use for air needs to be running for the message to work, although you don't need to be logged in to air.

You need to enable push messages for every device where you use air.

Emails

All notifications as always sent as emails. If you are not receiving email notifications, check your junk or spam mail folder. If possible, whitelist emails coming from air.

This is an example email:

Email notifications usually include a link. Follow the link to go directly to the activity in air, where you can read more information.
