Your private cloud is the place in air where you can store documents, images and any other kinds of files. When you share files in chat, or when you upload a file for your profile, those files are saved in your private cloud.

To add a file to your cloud, do the following:

  1. From the dashboard or the menu, click Cloud or Private cloud.
The private cloud pane opens, showing any files you have already uploaded to your cloud.
  2. Click Upload File.
  3. Select the file to upload, (maximum file size 50MB)

If you choose to share a file in chat, this opens your private cloud. You can then either select an existing file or upload a new file to share.

Finding a file

To find a particular file in your private cloud, use the filter.

Select the filter box, then type any part of the name of the file you are looking for. The list of files is filtered to show only files which match what you have typed.

Deleting a file

To delete a file from your private cloud, click the More button (three dots) to the right of the file you want to delete. Click Delete.
