You may need to clear your cache and cookies in one of these situations:
- Your browser times out when loading air
- You are unable to log in after an update
To clear your cache and cookies in Safari, do the following:
- On a Mac, click Safari in the menu bar. On Windows, click the cog wheel on right of the address bar.
- Click Preferences.
- In the Preferences dialog, click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Wait until the dialog has finished building the list of website.
- Click Remove All, then click Remove Now
