How to clear your cache and cookies in Safari

You may need to clear your cache and cookies in one of these situations:

• Your browser times out when loading air
• You are unable to log in after an update

To clear your cache and cookies in Safari, do the following: 

1. On a Mac, click Safari in the menu bar. On Windows, click the cog wheel on right of the address bar.
2. Click Preferences.
   
3. In the Preferences dialog, click Privacy.
4. Click Manage Website Data.
   
5. Wait until the dialog has finished building the list of website.
6. Click Remove All, then click Remove Now
