How to clear your cache and cookies in Chrome

You may need to clear your cache and cookies in one of these situations:

To clear your cache and cookies in Chrome, do the following: 

  1. Open the Chrome menu by cllicking the 3 vertical dots icon to the right of the address bar.
  2. Click More tools, then Clear browsing data:

  3. Select a time range. To delete everything, select All time:9.png
    Note: If you do not want to clear all the cookies in your browser for all websites, clear the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files if they are selected:

  4. Click Clear data to clear your cache.

How to clear only cookies for the air application

Note: This method is suitable for advanced users.

To clear only cookies for the air application, do the following:

  1. On Windows, press Alt + i. On a Mac, press Cmd + i.
    The developer tools pane opens:

  2. From the menu bar along the top of the developer tools pane, click Application.
  3. From the menu on left hand side of the developer tools pane, click Cookies and  open the drop down list.

  4. Select all the cookies for the air application.
  5. Right click on one of the selected cookies, then click Clear.
  6. Close the developer tools by clicking on the close button in the top right corner of the pane.

You have now cleared all cookies for the air application.
