How to reset your password

If you forget your password, you can reset it. Here's what to do:

1. Go to the login screen here: air.impactinternational.com/login 
2. Click 'Forgotten password':

3. Enter your email address, then click 'Reset password':

4. Check your email for the replacement login details:

4. Copy the temporary password from the email, shown blurred below:
​

5. Go to the air login screen: air.impactinternational.com/login
6. Enter your email into the email field and paste the temporary password into the password field.
6. Re-enter the temporary password on the next screen, and your new password.

7. Click 'Update password'.

Your password is reset and air opens at the dashboard.
