We need to process your personal data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and deliver your learning journey.

If your learning journey includes coaching calls, we ask you to provide a telephone number so that we can call you.

If your learning journey includes outdoor elements, we ask you to provide some sensitive personal data regarding any underlying medical conditions or other matters about which we need to know in order to ensure your health and safety. We consider it necessary to do this to protect your vital interests.

We will not share your data with anyone.

In line with our retention policy, we will keep your data for 3 years from the end of your learning journey after which it will be deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to rectify any data we hold about you if that data is incorrect or incomplete. You have the right to obtain and re-use the data which we hold for your own purposes. This is known as “data portability”. You have the right of erasure where there is no compelling reason for us to continue holding your data. You have the right to complain if you are not happy about the way we have used your personal data.
